The partners
Arjen Pen
Managing Partner
Arjen has a passion for wine and renewable energy. He is a winemaker in Bordeaux and developing Solar PV projects across Africa. When he is not working, he is either on a golf course somewhere or on his mountain bike in the vineyards.
In an earlier career Arjen was an Executive board member of Swiss International Airlines and started his career as a management trainee within the Lufthansa Group. Arjen has a Master Degree in Finance and Marketing of the University of Groningen and Université Paris-Dauphine.
Michael Stoeltzing
Director South Africa
Michael is a passionate entrepreneur with solid experience in many industries. He is based in South Africa since more than 20 years. Michael is also the Managing Director of Solar Energy Land, the land company that owns all the Solar PV sites of Green Continent Partners in South Africa. When Michael is not working, he is busy planning his next Cruise around the artic.
In his earlier career Michael worked for the Lufthansa Group in Germany and was appointed Managing Director of SAA Travel, which became the largest travel agency chain in Africa. Michael holds an MBA from Henley Management College UK.
